Track My Order
We know that once an order is placed, customers want clear and timely updates. Mega Office Supplies aims to make order tracking simple, transparent and easy to access.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, where available. This email will usually include your order number, courier information, a tracking link or tracking reference, and delivery updates provided by the carrier.
If your order is being fulfilled directly by a supplier or distributor, tracking availability may vary depending on the warehouse, freight provider and product type.
Tracking details are generally issued after your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, there may be a short delay between dispatch confirmation and the courier tracking system updating online.
Some orders may be shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on stock availability, product type, supplier warehouse location and the most efficient delivery pathway. If this happens, your order may arrive in separate shipments and you may receive more than one tracking update.
If you have not received a dispatch email, cannot locate your tracking link, or need help checking the status of your order, please contact our team with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- Your delivery postcode
Our team will do its best to help you track the progress of your shipment as quickly as possible.
Please contact us if:
- Your tracking has not updated for several business days (>4days)
- Your parcel appears delayed
- Your order shows as delivered but cannot be located
- You need help with a missed delivery or redelivery enquiry
- You need support with a supplier-direct shipment
We will work with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner to assist where possible.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier conditions, weather events, peak periods, remote delivery networks or supplier dispatch schedules. Tracking updates are provided by third-party freight partners and may not update in real time.
