The Code speaks in ratios — a trained first aider per 50 workers in low-risk settings — but the kit question is a distance question: can anyone reach it within a minute of an incident. For a small office that usually means one kit per floor rather than one per building. The 2 and 3 Series suit shopfronts, studios and small offices where risk is low and the kit gets opened rarely.
