Yes. International shipping is available by quote. Freight, customs duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and payment for international orders is by bank deposit only. Please contact our team for a tailored quote.

Mega Office Supplies delivers Australia wide, including metropolitan, regional and many remote areas. Delivery coverage may vary depending on the product, freight carrier and location.

Shipping costs are based on a combination of factors including your delivery location, order value, product dimensions, parcel weight, cubic weight and selected delivery service. Some bulky, heavy or supplier-direct items may attract additional freight charges.

Free shipping applies to most metro areas in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria for eligible orders over $149. Regional, remote, bulky or heavy items may still incur freight charges.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. Pre-orders, backorders and extended lead-time products may take longer.

Yes, express and satchel delivery options are available on eligible parcels under 3kg, subject to destination and carrier availability.

Orders sent to regional, outer regional or remote locations may take longer to arrive and may incur additional freight charges depending on the item and courier network.

Yes. Click and Collect is available from our warehouse at 5/12 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

If you choose Authority to Leave at checkout, the parcel may be left unattended by the courier. Once delivery has been completed as requested, Mega Office Supplies cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring after delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, remains in resalable condition and is approved by our team. Approved change of mind returns are generally processed as a store credit. This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. We may also request photographs to help assess the issue.

Yes. Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, some items may not be eligible for return, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food and beverages, medicines, custom-made products, special order items, and some bulk or specially quoted orders.
