Metal. The clip has a black finished metal body with silver wire arms, as the manufacturer photos show. The ACCO Brands product page lists polystyrene for this item, which does not match the clip pictured.
Twelve. The pack is marked 15mm and 12 pack. If you want a mix of sizes in one container, the Marbig assorted tub 87184 holds sixty clips across six sizes.
Marbig does not publish an origin online for this size. On the sizes where the label is legible in the manufacturer photos, origin is printed on the box, but the 15mm label is not legible, so read it off the pack if a tender needs it.
