Three ways to create your stamp
Start from a template. Pick a ready-made layout, fill in your details and the builder sizes everything to fit. Just type it in. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG logo and we convert it to solid ink, ready to stamp. You can add wording beside it, or let it fill the whole stamp.
Sizes, shapes and brands
Choose rectangle, square, round or oval stamps, from small pocket sizes to large office stamps. The builder shows which sizes fit your wording so you never pay for a bigger stamp than you need. We make stamps on genuine Trodat, Colop, X-Stamper and Ultimark mounts, with ink in black, blue, red, green or violet. Some models also take a two-colour pad.
A proof you can trust
You approve your own proof on screen. What you see on the real-size preview is exactly what we make, so check the spelling, numbers and layout before you tick the final proof box. The builder also checks your design as you go. It highlights any line thinner than 0.5 pt (0.18 mm), the finest detail a rubber stamp prints cleanly, and flags anything that won’t fit on the stamp. Switch to On paper to see your stamp at true scale on an A4 page.

How long does a custom stamp take?
Your stamp is made to order on the Sunshine Coast and is usually dispatched the next business day after you approve your proof. Delivery then takes 1–5 business days to ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC, and 3–12 business days to SA, TAS, WA and NT.
Do I get a proof before my stamp is made?
Yes. The builder shows a real-size proof as you design. When you're happy, tick the final proof box and add your name. We make the stamp exactly as shown, so please check your spelling and numbers carefully.
What ink colours can I choose?
Black, blue, red, green or violet. Some stamp models also take a two-colour pad. Spare pads and refill ink in the same colour are offered when you order.
Can I put my logo on a stamp?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG and the builder converts it to solid ink. A stamp prints one solid colour with no shades, so bold, simple logos work best. Very fine detail is highlighted so you can thicken it or make the logo bigger.
What is a self-inking stamp?
A self-inking stamp has a built-in ink pad. Each time you press it, the rubber flips down to the paper and back up to re-ink, so you get a clean, even impression without a separate stamp pad.
How do I choose the right size?
Type your wording first. The builder lists the sizes that fit your text and logo, from smallest to largest, and the On paper view shows the stamp at true scale on an A4 page.
Can I order the same stamp for my whole team?
Yes. Use Ordering for a team? in the builder to upload a list of names and details, and we'll make a matching stamp for each person.
How do I re-ink my stamp?
Add a few drops of the matching refill ink to the pad, or swap in a spare pad when it wears out. You can add both to your order from the builder.
