Mega Office Supplies ships orders Australia wide using trusted courier partners and supplier fulfilment networks. Your delivery cost and estimated transit time depend on location, order value, product size, parcel weight, cubic weight and the delivery option you choose.
All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Bulky and hardware shipping charges
Some products are too large, too heavy or too fragile to travel on our standard road service. These items carry their own freight charge, shown as a separate line at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to them.
Flat Rate Shipping for Hardware
Applies to printers, multi-function devices and other large hardware shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor.

Bulky Standard Shipping
Applies to toilet paper, hand towel and other bulky washroom lines sold by the carton. Charged on the total weight of the bulky items in your order.

Why you might see more than one shipping charge
Each freight group is priced separately. If your order contains items from more than one group, you will see a line for each and the charges add together. For example, an order with a carton of toilet paper, a printer and a box of pens shows:

- Flat Rate Shipping for Hardware — $25.00
- Standard Road (ACT, NSW, QLD & VIC) — Free

Important delivery information
Express and satchel options apply to parcels under 5kg, based on dead weight or cubic weight — whichever is greater. Orders that do not fit into a satchel are shipped via standard shipping.
If your order exceeds carrier size or weight limits, our team will contact you with an adjusted freight quote where required.
Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. Pre-orders, backorders and extended lead-time products may vary.
Large, bulky, sensitive or heavy products — including selected furniture, paper and janitorial lines — may attract fixed or additional shipping charges.
Orders shipped to outer regional or remote locations may require additional transit time.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide, including metropolitan, regional and many remote areas. International shipping can also be arranged by quote for selected orders.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs are based on delivery location, order value, parcel size, product type, actual or cubic weight, and the freight service you select.
Why does my order have two or three shipping charges?
Bulky items and large hardware are priced as their own freight groups because they ship separately. When your order mixes these with everyday stationery, each group is charged on its own line and the amounts add together at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping applies to most metro areas in the ACT, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria on eligible orders of $149.96 and over. Bulky, hardware, regional and remote deliveries are excluded.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Priority satchel is available on eligible parcels under 5kg for $35.00, subject to destination and carrier availability.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Tweed Heads South warehouse once your order is ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — by quote, from $100.00. Freight, customs duties, taxes and import-related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and payment is by bank deposit only.
