You approve your own proof on screen. What you see on the real-size preview is exactly what we make, so check the spelling, numbers and layout before you tick the final proof box. Each stamp is made to order on the Sunshine Coast and usually dispatched the next business day after you approve your proof. Delivery is 1–5 business days to ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC, and 3–12 business days to SA, TAS, WA and NT. Delivery is free on orders over $149 inc GST.

Which ink colour suits a PAID or RECEIVED stamp?
Red is the classic choice for PAID and URGENT, and blue or black suit RECEIVED and COPY. You can choose black, blue, red, green or violet.
