Decide which model your setting supports before buying either. Single-use instruments cost more per procedure and remove reprocessing entirely, which suits a first aid room or a mobile service. Reusable instruments cost less over time and require validated cleaning and sterilisation, plus somewhere to do it. Mixing the two invites the wrong one being reused.
