Collection: Suspension Files

Compatibility is everything here and it is where most orders go wrong. Suspension files hang on rails inside a cabinet or frame, and the rail spacing differs between foolscap and A4 cabinets — a foolscap file will not sit in an A4 drawer and an A4 file will fall through a foolscap one. Measure the internal rail width before ordering. Then choose capacity, since a standard file and an expanding pocket suit different sets. See manilla folders for what goes inside.
