Recycling & Waste Separation

Two things break a separation scheme and neither is signage. Unequal capacity, because a general waste bin twice the size of the recycling one gets filled regardless of contents. And unequal placement, since a bin two steps further away is the one nobody uses. Match the volumes, put them together and colour code consistently across the site.
