In a cardiac emergency, every second of delay between cardiac arrest and defibrillation reduces the probability of survival. The Quik-Combo connector system is designed to connect the electrode pads to the LIFEPAK device in a single, tool-free plug-in motion without requiring lead attachment or position confirmation - significantly reducing the time from device power-on to first shock delivery. The Redi-Pak format keeps the pads pre-connected to the cable and packaged in a protective foil bag that maintains gel adhesion until deployment.
Genuine LIFEPAK electrodes are engineered to the impedance characteristics and gel formulation of the LIFEPAK defibrillator platform. Using genuine electrodes ensures the device's algorithm receives impedance feedback within specification, which directly affects energy delivery accuracy. GST-free as TGA-listed therapeutic devices.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
