AEROWOUND Nasal Sling Bandages are purpose-shaped adhesive bandages designed for the management of nasal epistaxis (nosebleeds) and post-procedural nasal support, providing a comfortable, absorbent nasal sling that positions beneath the nose to catch nasal discharge while remaining secured to the face without requiring the patient to hold a pad in place. Supplied in a box of 3.
Nasal slings solve a practical problem in nosebleed management - patients are typically instructed to lean forward and apply pressure, but holding a pad or tissue to the nose for the required duration is tiring and often abandoned prematurely. A properly fitted nasal sling adheres to the upper lip and beneath the nose, holds the absorbent pad in position without patient effort, and allows both hands to remain free during nosebleed management. They are also used post-rhinoplasty and after nasal procedures to manage post-operative nasal discharge without requiring continuous patient effort.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
