Adaptable aluminium foam splint for finger and digit immobilisation
The AEROSPLINT Finger Aluminium Foam Splint is a 9.5 x 4.5cm malleable aluminium splint with foam padding, designed for adaptable immobilisation of fingers and digits following fracture, dislocation, sprain, or post-operative management where a rigid, custom-contoured splint is required for initial immobilisation and transport.
Finger injuries are among the most common presentations in workplace first aid and sports first aid, and correct immobilisation is important for both patient comfort during transport and for preventing additional injury from uncontrolled movement of a fractured or dislocated digit. The aluminium foam splint provides a semi-rigid immobilisation platform that can be bent to the exact angle required to hold the digit in the position of function or to accommodate the deformity of the injury, without requiring plaster casting equipment or clinical setting access.
The foam padding provides a comfortable interface between the metal splint and the skin surface, reducing pressure discomfort during the immobilisation period. The 9.5 x 4.5cm format is sized for finger and digit applications. RRP $4.99 per unit for individual procurement or first aid kit stocking.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
