AEROFIX Non-Woven Island Dressings are 9 x 20cm elongated non-woven absorbent island dressings with a peel-and-stick adhesive border designed for the management of elongated wounds, lacerations, and abrasions where the standard square island dressing format is too narrow to adequately cover the wound length, supplied in a box of 20 for clinical and first aid room procurement.
The 9 x 20cm elongated format fills a specific clinical gap - limb lacerations from falls or abrasions, forearm wounds, and shin abrasions frequently present as elongated injuries where a square 10 x 10cm island dressing leaves wound edges uncovered. The long format provides sufficient length to cover typical limb and extremity wounds with adequate overlap at each end for secure adhesion. The non-woven absorbent pad manages wound exudate while the adhesive border maintains the dressing position over joint movement.
Box of 20 for first aid room and clinical ward procurement. A practical stock format for high-volume limb wound management.

South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
