The AEROWOUND Alginate Dressing is a 10 x 10cm calcium alginate wound dressing that provides a moist healing environment for moderate to highly exuding wounds, absorbing wound fluid to form a soft, cohesive gel that maintains wound moisture while managing exudate, supplied in a box of 10 sterile dressings. Alginate dressings are a primary wound care intervention for moderate to heavily exuding acute and chronic wounds - venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries at grade II and above, diabetic foot ulcers, and post-surgical wounds with significant exudate output. The calcium alginate fibre construction absorbs wound fluid to form a cohesive gel layer at the wound bed, providing the moist wound environment that supports autolytic debridement and granulation tissue formation while managing the exudate volume that would otherwise cause maceration of the periwound skin.
Alginate dressings are typically used as a primary dressing under a secondary absorbent or foam dressing where high exudate output requires a two-layer management approach. The 10 x 10cm format covers most standard wound sizes for lower limb and trunk wound presentations. Box of 10 provides efficient clinical procurement for wound care settings with regular alginate dressing requirements. GST-free as a TGA-listed therapeutic device.
Suitable for chronic wound management in aged care and community nursing, venous leg ulcer and pressure injury dressing in clinical settings, diabetic foot wound care, post-surgical wound management, and any clinical setting requiring an advanced alginate primary dressing for moderate to heavily exuding wounds.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
