The Aero Healthcare AEROFIX Non-Woven Island Dressing is a sterile, latex-free adhesive dressing providing simple, effective coverage of larger wounds, abrasions, and post-procedural sites where a standard adhesive strip is insufficient to achieve full wound coverage.
Island dressings combine a central absorbent wound pad bonded to a surrounding adhesive border in a single ready-to-apply unit. This eliminates the need to cut and size separate dressing components in a first aid situation, reducing handling time and the risk of contaminating the wound contact area during application. The non-woven construction allows moisture vapour transmission which helps maintain a favourable wound healing environment while managing exudate from the wound surface.
The 9 x 10cm size provides coverage for moderate to large superficial wounds, surgical incisions, and abrasions across the torso, thigh, shoulder, and other areas where smaller strips leave wound margins exposed. The latex-free construction ensures safe application across the broad patient population including those with latex sensitivity. Each box of 5 provides a compact supply for restocking first aid kits or maintaining a ready stock in clinical settings.
Suitable for workplace first aid rooms, medical centres, aged care facilities, and any clinical environment regularly managing superficial wounds, abrasions, and post-procedural wound coverage.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
