The 6 x 8cm non-woven island dressing suits medium wound presentations on the arms, legs, and torso, where a slightly larger dressing pad is required for effective wound coverage. The soft non-woven wound contact surface is gentle on healing tissue, and the adhesive border secures the dressing in position without requiring additional tape. Latex-free construction eliminates the risk of latex allergic reaction, making the dressing safe across the full patient population in both clinical and home care settings.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
