The Aero Healthcare AEROFILM PLUS Waterproof Island Dressing pairs a transparent, waterproof film outer layer with a soft, absorbent wound pad, providing effective wound protection that allows visual wound assessment without removing the dressing - reducing disturbance to healing tissue between dressing changes.
Transparent film island dressings offer a significant clinical advantage over opaque dressings: the wound can be assessed for signs of infection, exudate build-up, or healing progress without removing the dressing and exposing the wound surface. This reduces intervention frequency, minimises the risk of wound contamination during assessment, and provides both patient and clinician with a clear view of the wound status at any time. The waterproof film layer maintains its integrity during bathing and showering, keeping the wound dry without requiring additional waterproof covers.
The 4 x 5cm size suits small to medium wound presentations on the fingers, hands, wrists, feet, and other areas where a compact, transparent dressing provides optimal visibility and protection. The AEROFILM PLUS film formulation provides high moisture vapour transmission, supporting wound healing while managing exudate from the absorbent central pad. Box of 3 for first aid kit supply and home wound care use. GST-free as a TGA-listed therapeutic device.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
