The Staedtler Shiny 9SEN001-3 is a pre-inked message stamp producing a PAID outline text impression in blue, the blue-ink counterpart to the 9SEN001-2 (red PAID outline), for offices that use blue as their standard stamp ink colour or that distinguish payment types by colour.

Some organisations use blue for their standard payment and correspondence stamp colour (matching their date stamp pad colour) rather than the conventional red used for PAID stamps. The 9SEN001-3 provides the same outline PAID text as the 9SEN001-2 but in blue, allowing consistency with a blue-ink stamp workflow.
