The B.I.G Bone Injection Gun Adult is a single-use automatic intraosseous access device providing rapid IO vascular access for delivery of fluids and medications in emergency settings where IV access cannot be established, with flow rates suitable for emergency resuscitation.

Intraosseous access is a recognised emergency vascular access technique when IV access fails or is not achievable quickly. The B.I.G provides spring-loaded automatic needle insertion into the proximal tibia for rapid IO access. For use by trained clinical personnel. Single-use only.
