Clean Plus BioEnzyme Floor and Hard Surface Cleaner 5L
BioEnzyme Floor and Hard Surface Cleaner is powered by natural multi-enzyme technology with biodegradable surfactants. A completely natural alternative which is; biodegradable, nonbacterial, non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-corrosive, nonflammable. With a higher concentration of enzymes compared with competitors, BioEnzyme Floor & Hard Surface Cleaner contains a soap-free multi-enzyme formula designed to break down grease, oil, and food waste. The multi-enzyme formula destroys the grease and grime, naturally lifts grease from grout lines and eliminates odours. It has been designed to discharge down the drain where the enzyme formula will continue to attack the grease and food waste. A more sustainable cleaner, BioEnzyme also improves surface friction for floors, creating better grip and less slip, minimising the risk of falls or injuries.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Light Cleaning: Use 1:100 parts water (100mL to 10L of water) to mop the area leaving a thin film of water across the Surface and allow to dry. Floor & Hard Surface Cleaner will continue to break down grease and organic matters while increasing slip resistance over the next 24 hours.
- Heavy-Duty Cleaning: Use 1:50 parts water (200mL to 10L of water) to mop the area as above and allow to dry

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
