Go outside
Pandemic or no pandemic, going outside and experiencing nature is always a good idea. If you’re going to take a walk, make sure that you wear a face mask and follow social distancing rules.

Seek out reliable news sources
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or even your local health board provides reliable information on what’s going on in your community. Do not believe everything you see on social media platforms. While it’s important to be aware of current happenings, always tuning in to things you have no control over can cause stress.
Meditate
With meditation, you’ll be able to achieve a state of relaxation. Meditating when you wake up in the morning and before going to bed helps you produce a tranquil mind. If you are a beginner, having noise cancellation headphones or a comfy blanket or sitting on your favourite chair greatly helps!
