The Tubeclip three piece set consists of a self-adhesive base which adheres to the file surface, a red plastic compressor bar which is placed on top of the pages and a plastic U piece which inserts into the compressor bar to secure your documents. This fastener allows pages to be added or removed at any position within the file and is ideal for use with your important and frequently accessed documents.
