Display posters, signs, prints, artwork and more, quickly and easily without the mess of glue or the hassle of nails and tacks. Can be cut to size to suit the requirements of your task. Suitable for use on most smooth indoor surfaces including wood, metal, glass, cardboard and plastic.

Additional Information:

• Optimum application temperature is between 18-24° Celsius.
• Adhesive reaches maximum strength after 24 hours.
• Surface testing is recommended prior to use.
• May not adhere to all plastic surfaces.
• Not recommended for laundered fabrics, PVC, wallpaper, loose paint, porous or flaking surfaces. Not suitable for wet areas.
• Relocating fastener will weaken adhesive and may damage surface.
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and the elements will damage fastener.
• Holds up to 1kg

Care and Application:

1. Ensure surface is smooth, clean and dry.
2. Cut tape to required length.
3. Remove backing from tape and position on surface.
4. Apply firm pressure to tape to activate the adhesive.
5. Wait 15 minutes before use.

VELCRO Brand - History

Many people have wondered: Who invented VELCRO Brand hook and loop? It began with a burdock burr, a tiny seed covered in hundreds of ‘hooks’ that naturally catch onto the microscopic loops that cover fur, hair and clothing. The burr was an unassuming marvel of nature and a minor headache for man, until one day in 1941 when the burdock burr, Swiss engineer Georges de Mestral, and his dog crossed paths on a hunting trip in the Alps.

Seventy years on, that chance meeting has proven to be remarkably fruitful.

Inspired by the burr, de Mestral created the world’s first hook-and-loop fastener. De Mestral originally envisioned VELCRO Brand hook and loop as a fastener for clothing.
