The Prockey permanent marker pen by uni-ball uses a pigment ink that is water-based and odourless.

The marker writes on most surfaces from paper to metal, wood, glass, plastic, fabric and stone. The PM-126 bleeds minimally on paper and it is fade resistant and waterproof making it great for crafting and graphics.
