Complete with carry bag and pin locked storage unit with handle. This versatile training tool will teach your feet to react quickly with ground. Train your legs and feet to adapt to extremely fast patterns of footwork by repeating them over and over. Get the control you need to rapidly change direction without a decrease in running speed. Ideal for use as a warm up, footwork patterns, plyometrics, speed endurance and fun variation. Ladder splits in half for team training. Run spaces are adjustable.

8m full length x .5m wide. Rungs in ladder are 45cm apart when stretched out.
