Rigid black plastic pole connector with ratchet converts universal poles into various useful configurations eg. mini hurdles for over and under movement, obstacle courses, use with hoop to create a targets, Plyometric training, circuit training and limbo games. Also ideal for passing type activities in netball, rugby league, touch football, AFL football handball. Not recommended for soccer goal cross bar.
