NYDA Little Athletics NSW Tiny Tots Kit

The Tiny Tots Program is designed for children aged 3-5 years to commence their Little Athletics journey. The program develops the fundamental movement skills of running, walking, jumping and throwing through fun and enjoyable activities. The aim of the program is to improve the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children through an age appropriate, active and free play-based approach that is engaging and stimulating. This kit is designed to use in conjunction with Little Athletics Tiny Tot resources.

P.E. Skills & Games
Foster fitness, coordination and teamwork whilst developing essential fundamental motor skills. From circus skills to early learning and fun games.
