Flexible rubber tubing measuring 10mm thick and 1.3metres long, and reaches 2 metres during use. Heavy-duty handles allow the tubing to be used at various lengths, perfect for heavy exercise and differing heights of participants. Ideal for use in teaching weight training principles, as a station within an exercise circuit, or for warming up, stretching and rehabilitation work. Complete with brief instructional booklet.
