This dispenser has two spindles and a place to hold your pens/highlighters etc. One spindle allows for you to dispense up to a 50mm wide tape, for example a packaging tape. The other spindle allows for a smaller office tape up to 19mm wide (i.e. 3M Magic Tape 19mm x 33m). So essentially it allows you to easily dispense both packaging and general purpose tape as you need it.
