Zions SBE11 is an A4 quotation book in the Small Business Essentials range, with 50 consecutively numbered quotes in duplicate on carbonless paper.

A job that runs to many materials and labour items rarely fits on a pocket sized form. At 297mm x 210mm, as The Note Group list it, this book gives every quote a full A4 page, while the carbonless copy underneath remains in the binding, showing exactly what price you put forward.

Each form opens with a quote number printed in red and a date, then a From panel with an ABN line and a To panel with a telephone line. Printed wording thanks the customer for their enquiry and introduces the quotation. The body is ruled into quantity, description and amount columns, and a box at the foot lets you fill in how many days the quote stays valid before a revised quote may be needed, with a signature line beside sub total, GST and total.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
