Zions SBE2 is the A5 quotation book in the Small Business Essentials line: 50 consecutively numbered sets in duplicate, carbonless, at 210mm x 145mm.

Plenty of small jobs go to the person who leaves a written price before driving away. A compact book travels easily between sites, and the top copy goes to the customer while the duplicate stays behind as a note of what was offered and on which date.

The form layout matches the A4 version. There is a red quote number, a date, a From panel with room for your ABN and a To panel with a telephone line. Pricing runs down quantity, description and amount columns and closes with sub total, GST and total including GST. A statement near the bottom sets the number of days the price holds, followed by a signature line. One of our photos shows a sheet numbered 661928, so the first number in your book may not be the 100001 seen on the sample.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
