A Job Record From First Call To Invoice Date

Zions TCC total cost cards give each trade job a card of its own, carrying the customer, the work, the hours and the materials through to a total cost including GST.

Zions name electricians, plumbers, contractors and tradies as the people these cards are made for. The Note Group list them as card printed on two sides at 125mm x 205mm, packed 100, and the pack label reads 100 cards approximately.

On the front, the left side takes customer, address, phone number and particulars of work. A column on the right holds the paperwork trail: card number, job number, job phone, order number, quote number, date commenced, date finished, costed by, invoice number and invoice date. Underneath, a table for date, employees, time, rate and cost shows who worked and for how long, and the foot adds labour cost and materials to a sub total, GST and total cost. The reverse is headed Material, with quantity, description and cost columns, a cost and handling line and a materials total.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
