Zions JCC job costing cards record the labour and materials that go into an individual job, with the charge built up on the front and the detail kept on the back.

Zions pitch these at contractors and trades people who want to see what a job really cost before the invoice goes out. The Note Group list them as white card printed on two sides, 125mm x 205mm, in packs of 250, and the pack label reads 250 cards approximately.

The front has lines for name, address and date, a card number, and an instructions area beside columns for date charged, day book folio and amount charged. A remarks line leads into the costing panel: labour cost, overhead expense as a percentage, material, total cost, selling expense or profit as a percentage, GST and the amount to charge including GST. Turn the card over for two tables. Materials Cost has material issued, returns, quantity used, item, rate and amount. Labour Cost has date, name, hours, rate and amount. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
