Staedtler's 9S407 is the Shiny Printer S-407, a self-inking ENTERED stamp that marks a document with the date it was keyed in and a solid BY: line for the operator.

Once an invoice, timesheet or form has been typed into the accounts or records system, a quick ENTERED stamp stops it being processed twice. The person who entered it adds initials on the line, so a later check can trace who did it.

The heading is set in italic serif capitals inside a rectangular frame with the date below it, and Staedtler list the print as blue text with a red date. The 4mm date bands roll by hand, and the catalogue notes durable materials and smooth movement.

Staedtler's catalogue pairs the S-407 with two replacement pads: 9S400-7D2C in red and blue, and 9S400-7B-9 in black. Shiny supreme ink refills the existing pad.
