PAID date stamps are fundamental accounts workflow tools - they confirm that an invoice has been settled and record the exact date payment was received, creating a clear, dated audit trail on the physical document. The 9S401 combines the PAID message with an automatically adjusting date in a single self-inking mechanism. No separate ink pad is needed - the integrated pad re-inks automatically between impressions. The date bands adjust by rotating to advance day, month and year.
