The Staedtler Shiny 9S404 is a self-inking stamp with APPROVED message and date display, designed for office document processing workflows where approval status and date need to be recorded simultaneously in a single stamp impression.

Combining a date band with a fixed APPROVED message removes the need for two separate stamping actions and eliminates the risk of date-only or message-only stamping. The Shiny 9S404 uses Shiny self-inking technology - ink is automatically transferred from an integrated ink pad on each impression, requiring no separate stamp pad and delivering consistent impressions over thousands of uses without re-inking. The date bands are adjustable via the external date adjustment dial and display day, month and year in a clear format.

The stamp is pre-inked with blue ink and can be re-inked with Shiny ink refill. Compact and lightweight, it stores neatly in a desk drawer. The impression plate produces a clean, legible message impression at approximately 38mm x 14mm.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible.
