Three Copies Of Every Invoice From One Red Book

Olympic 142803 is the No. 625 tax invoice and statement book, made in the 200 x 125mm size as a 100 leaf carbon triplicate.

A triplicate book suits businesses where one copy is not enough: the customer takes the original, a second copy goes to the office or the bookkeeper, and a third stays bound in the book. The earlier cover shows the sample form fanned over coloured sheets behind it, and the red cover is printed With Extra Carbon for making the copies.

The form itself, as published by Hamelin Brands, is headed Tax Invoice / Statement for you to delete as appropriate. It has lines for the date, To and From, recipient and supplier ABNs and an order number, a table for quantity, description, price, GST and total, and boxes for the GST inclusive total and the GST amount.

The No. 624 is duplicate, giving two copies of each form. The No. 625 is triplicate, giving three. Both are 200 x 125mm carbon books with 100 leaves.
Olympic print the book as 100 leaf. Hamelin Brands do not publish how many triplicate sets that makes, so we have not quoted a number.
It gives you spaces for ABNs, GST and totals. Whether each invoice meets the rules depends on the details you fill in, so follow current ATO guidance.
The cover says With Extra Carbon, so carbon is supplied with the book. Spare carbon paper is sold separately if you run short.
That is the earlier cover design. Hamelin Brands now list the No. 625 as reference 142803, with the barcode on our listing.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
