A Compact Invoice Book That Travels With The Job

Olympic 142800 is the No. 724 tax invoice and statement book: 50 carbonless duplicate leaves at 200 x 125mm, bound in an orange Copymate Carbonless cover.

At 200 x 125mm the book sits in a glovebox, a toolbag or beside the register, so a bill can be written the moment the work is finished. The top copy goes to the customer and the carbonless copy underneath stays bound in as your record, with no loose carbon sheet to shift between forms.

Each form is headed Tax Invoice / Statement, and the unused word is crossed out, so one book covers both a first bill and a later summary of what is owing. The Hamelin Brands artwork shows lines for the date, who the bill is to and from, an ABN for each party and an order number, then Qty, Description, Price, G.S.T. and Total columns. Two boxes at the foot record the G.S.T. inclusive total and how much of that figure is G.S.T.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
