Olympic 142799 is the No. 700 delivery book: 50 leaves of carbonless duplicate delivery notes at 200 x 125mm, in an orange cover.

Every form is headed Delivery Note. Below the date sit a To line and a Received From line, then a two column table under the printed words the following items in good order and condition. The foot of the form carries a recipient signature line, so goods are signed for at the door and both parties keep a record of what arrived. In Hamelin Brands artwork each form carries its own number in the top right corner.

The cover reads Copymate Carbonless. Writing on the top sheet marks the coated copy beneath it, so there is no loose carbon to position before each drop, which suits a driver filling in notes on a clipboard or against a van door.
