The Larger Duplicate Invoice Book For Longer Orders

Olympic No. 626 is a carbon duplicate tax invoice and statement book with 100 leaves in the large 250 x 200mm format, listed by Hamelin Brands as reference 142807.

When a single job runs to many lines, a small book forces a second page. The 250 x 200mm form gives a longer, wider table for quantity, description, price, GST and total, with lines above for the date, To and From, both ABNs and an order number. Along the foot sit a GST inclusive total and a box for the GST amount.

The blue cover reads With Extra Carbon. Write the original with the carbon behind it and the copy beneath is kept in the book for your files. The heading says Tax Invoice / Statement, marked delete as appropriate, so it serves for both one-off invoices and monthly statements on a desk or front counter.
