The Large Format Invoice Book In Triplicate

Olympic 142805 is the No. 727: a carbonless triplicate tax invoice and statement book with 50 leaves at 250 x 200mm, bound in a green Copymate Carbonless cover.

This is the book for detailed billing where three parties each need a copy. The generous 250 x 200mm page holds a long list of items, and the triplicate set gives an original for the customer plus two carbonless copies, for example one for accounts and one kept in the book. No carbon sheets are involved, so the copies stay clean.

Hamelin Brands show the form as Tax Invoice / Statement, delete as appropriate. It lays out the date, To and From, ABN lines for recipient and supplier and an order number, then a table ruled for Qty, Description, Price, G.S.T. and Total. At the bottom are two boxes: the total inclusive of G.S.T., and the G.S.T. included in it.

Hamelin Brands, who own Olympic, now list the No. 727 as reference 142805. The older cover in our photos is printed with product code 140875. It is the same book number, size and leaf count.
Three: the original and two carbonless copies.
The No. 725 is the carbonless triplicate invoice book at 200 x 125mm, which is easier to carry.
Olympic do not state that it does. The form has ABN and G.S.T. spaces, but only your accountant or the ATO can confirm what your invoices must contain.
Either the current green cover or the earlier one with the barcode label may arrive. Both are the No. 727 at the same size and leaf count.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
