This one. The equilateral shape gives the cleanest, widest spectrum. The 45-45-90 prism also works but its main job is bending a beam through a right angle.

A ray box with a single slit gives the sharpest spectrum. A torch with a card slit works. Direct sunlight through a gap in a blind is the most dramatic and costs nothing.
