Short Handle Hog Hair Flat Size 4 for Student Kits

X-Press It size 4 short handle hog hair flat brush is a compact general purpose brush for filling shapes and painting edges at a table.

Size 4 is wide enough to fill leaves, rooftops and pattern sections, yet narrow enough to tidy the boundary of each shape. On a short handle it stays balanced for students seated at desks, and it packs into a kit box. Hog hair is a firm natural bristle that keeps its shape in heavier acrylic and poster colour.

When a class can only have two or three brushes each, a short size 4 flat covers most everyday tasks. The firm bristle also lifts and pushes paint for simple texture effects, giving more variety from one tool across a whole term of lessons.

See the full set of craft paint brushes for other sizes, add pots and tubes of student colour from acrylic paints, and gather class resources, aprons and storage from our educational supplies range for the art room.
