Short Handle Size 18 Hog Flat, the Broadest in the Range

X-Press It size 18 short handle hog hair flat brush is the largest flat in this range, a wide bristle head for covering big areas fast.

Use a size 18 for painting large backgrounds, murals and display panels, coating big sheets with glue or paste for papier mache, and applying primer or sealer across wide boards. Even with a short handle it carries plenty of paint, and the stiff hog bristle keeps its shape under heavy loads.

One wide brush replaces several passes with a smaller flat, which matters when a class is preparing large painted backdrops against the clock. The broad squared head also leaves a bold, even edge for geometric designs and wide painted stripes on posters.

Plan big backdrop and mural projects with sheets and boards from art paper and canvas, buy colour in bulk from acrylic paints, and keep large palettes, buckets and jars from painting accessories nearby while you work.

FAQs

One size 18 short handle flat brush with hog hair bristle.
Yes, its broad head spreads paste or diluted glue across paper strips and large forms quickly.
No. That picture is shared across the short handled hog flats, and the size 18 head you receive is far wider than the brush shown.
Squeeze out excess water, reshape the head and lay it flat. Thick heads take longer to dry through, so allow extra time before storing.
