Ten Two-Hole Tub Sharpeners For Coloured Pencils

This carton holds 10 Staedtler Noris 512 128 double-hole tub sharpeners, each with a metal insert and a lidded container that catches the shavings.

The two holes cover the pencils a classroom actually uses. The smaller hole is for standard coloured pencils of up to 8.2 mm, the larger for chunky graphite or colour pencils as wide as 10.2 mm, and Staedtler cut both at a 30 degree angle for the broad, soft point that colouring needs. The tub itself is printed for coloured pencils.

Shavings collect in the clear lower half, so a desk group can sharpen at the table instead of queuing at the bin. A hinged cover keeps the waste in, and Staedtler add a safety lock on the lid so it does not pop open in a pencil case or tub. Ten in a carton is enough for a class set of shared tables or a term of replacements.

Staedtler suggest the 512 128 for their Noris erasable coloured pencils. Note the photos show an earlier tub printed Noris Club; Staedtler now list the article as Noris 512.
