The Staedtler Mars Lumograph 100-F is an F (Firm) graphite pencil, supplied in a box of 12, occupying the precise grade between HB and H in the Mars Lumograph hardness scale - the ideal grade for those who find HB slightly too soft but H slightly too hard.
F (Firm) is a grade found only in ranges that provide the full scale from 9H to 9B - it sits exactly between HB and H, providing a slightly harder and sharper line than HB without going into the H territory. It is particularly favoured for writing purposes where a cleaner, slightly harder point is desired, and for technical drawing where the HB deposits slightly too much graphite but H is a fraction too light. The Mars Lumograph F is the professional quality version of this grade - the SV micro-grain compound produces a consistent, smooth line that the Tradition range does not match. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
