The Rexel Precision P240 is a metal bodied 2 hole punch rated by Rexel for up to 40 sheets of 80gsm paper, with a paper alignment indicator that keeps every punch square.

ACCO Brands, which owns Rexel, publishes the 40 sheet figure at 80gsm, so the number in the model name and the working capacity agree on this punch. A retractable paper guide sets the sheet position, the angled bottom section makes it easier to feed a thick stack in, and a soft feel handle insert takes the sting out of repeated punching.

The base pad is translucent, so you can see how full the confetti tray is without lifting the punch off the desk. Rexel pairs that with a paper alignment indicator and a retractable guide, which is what keeps a thick stack landing in the same position sheet after sheet instead of drifting out of line.

ACCO Brands, which owns the Rexel brand, publishes up to 40 sheets of 80gsm paper for this P240, and our product title carries the same figure. Heavier stock will reduce it, so treat 40 sheets of ordinary copy paper as the rated ceiling.
Rexel does not publish a hole centre measurement for the P240, so we do not quote one. If your filing depends on an exact centre distance, measure a punched sheet before committing to a large order.
ACCO Brands describes the P240 as having a robust metal body. The handle carries a soft feel insert and the base pad is a translucent moulding, so not every visible part is metal.
Rexel publishes a capacity for 80gsm paper only. Thicker card, laminated sheets and dividers behave differently and are not covered by the published figure, so reduce the stack and test before running a large job.
ACCO Brands publishes a warranty period of 5 years for the P240. That is the term published for this model, and we do not carry warranty terms across from other Rexel punches.
