It carries the same kind of order form as the larger books in a smaller space. In the sample printed on its cover you can see the form number, date, To and From, a please supply request, the Qty and Description columns and an ABN line. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
