Three Copies Of Every Order

Olympic 140865 is the No. 639 order book, a carbon triplicate with 100 leaves at 200 x 125mm and a red cover printed With Extra Carbon.

A triplicate order splits three ways. The original goes to the supplier, one copy can stay with the person who placed the order, and the third goes to accounts or stays in the book as the file record. That extra copy is the reason to choose the No. 639 over the duplicate No. 638, which shares its size and leaf count.

The sample form printed on the earlier cover shows the Olympic order layout, with an order heading, addressing lines and a Qty and Description table, and two tinted copy sheets behind it. Being a carbon book, the copies come through carbon placed between the sheets, so press firmly enough for the third copy to read clearly.

Same size, same 100 leaves and the same style of order form. The No. 639 makes three copies of each order instead of two.
A carbon triplicate has two copy sheets under the original, so a ballpoint with firm, even pressure gives the most readable third copy.
We do not list one in the Olympic range. The No. 738 order book is carbonless, in duplicate.
Olympic now list the No. 639 book under 142796 with a different barcode. The size, leaf count and triplicate format match, and one photo here shows the earlier cover labelled 140865.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
